ONGOING PROBLEMS WITH TELKOM....PATHETIC SERVICE

been having issues with telkom for over 2 months.... if its not my faxlines its my internet and no one can ever assist... best of it all is when you call you need to hold on for as long as 45 minutes only to get a consultant who cannot understand english and than drops the call because he cant communicate.... honestly forget me as a client i'm looking to find another service provider
