Ongoing issue to Top-up accounts from top-up platforms, can only be done at a branch.

I have now tried several options to top-up my accounts with no success. By trying to top-up using the app it states it could not allocate the funds, by trying online it keeps on saying it could not connect. This is an ongoing problem ever since and I eventually have to go into a branch to top-up my account on numerous occasions. On questioning this matter, they just say that they experiencing system issues. Why do they not resolve this ongoing system issues so users can top-up their accounts in the convenience of their home or at work without have to leave everything to rush to a branch to top up so you can work without any interuptions. This is totally un-ecceptable and inconvenience in the highest level.
