Ongoing contract for over 15 year- difficult to cancel
Apparently i have a contract with Telkom which they debit R316.40 monthly for over 15 years, so i don't this is a contract anymore, i went to the shop to cancel several times and i am told that i need to call which i did but no one answers the phone, i want this contract cancelled asap, and on the 25 November they deducted R949.21, why is it so difficult to cancel anything with Telkom, i am very angry at Telkom, is this how you guys make money by just deducting our accounts and make it impossible to cancel whatever is charged, please help i need this cancelled asap

05 Dec 2024, 11:10I received a call from Telkom on the 03 December from Ayanda Dladla, and she kept me holding for 14 minutes, without any song and her coming back to me, just to assure me tat she is still back , then after that long hold she tells me the system is not working and she will sms the reference number that she has cancelled , but until now nothing was received., can someone please call me.
