ongoing business account query

please could someone assist? our company had a telephone line recently in our Cape Town office, this was done nearly 2 months ago. however someone unrelated to our company has been receiving daily text messages informing her that the line installation will take place on x date etc.<br> she is in no way related to our company so we do not have any idea how her number is listed under our company contacts or how this has happened, only our CEO's number was added onto the system and the person based at our Cape Town office.<br> This person is now getting understandingly frustrated with this and i have called the call center numerous times to check if her number is listed anywhere and to try to get it removed. i keep getting told she isn't listed anywhere on the system, however she still gets these text messages for order number ***. Please could someone contact me to resolve this problem urgently as it is now being escalated to our CEO who understandably, will be unhappy to deal with a petty query like this that telkom cannot seem to resolve with one phone call.<br> thank you.
