ONES AGAIN PATHETIC SERVICE

So one again i recieved pathetic service from telkom. First of all i app**** 4 TIMES for uncapped data for my business and now 6 months later still nothing. SECOND i was again at 2 different branches to cancel my telkom line because i moved to a different location. This is also 6 months ago and after 6 months after hearing nothing from them now i get handed over for a line rental not paid for a line i dont even use. This is really pathetic service from them as usual and i am not going to leave this here. HQ is never available when you call and i cant get a hold off anyone. This is unacceptable and TELKOM is costing me and my business money.
