One week later still no repairs to dead telephone

on Thursday 24/07/2015 i launched a complain that my telephone line was dead since Wednesday 23/07/2015 to which i received my reference number 19CRK240715 up till date no contact from any technition or any rep from Telkom line still down and i am seriously losing business as i deal via internet with Europe and China
