One person changes ones view on company

Amazing how one person can within a company can make you change your views. I needed a phone urgently after my last experience with Telkom iLanga Mall, Nelspruit I decided to try another branch, I went to Telkom Riverside Mall, Nelspruit, the shop was busy but a consultant named Nthabiseng came to me and I told her what my problem was I gave her my details she checked my details and she explained which phones were available and told me to come back next day to collect the phone. After my last experience with the iLanga branch I did not have high hopes but she is one person who changed my views about Telkom. iLanga Mall is a stone throw away from my house, but I'd rather travel to Riverside Mall for assistance honestly.
