One Month+ Telkom Order Not Activated

Good day,<br> <br> Unfortunately this is the second HelloPeter post that I'm having to report on regarding this Telkom Order.<br> Please will you assist me with our Telkom Order, at the end of September we ordered our internet line speed to be upgraded from 4MB's to 10MBs.<br> <br> It has been more than a month and no progress on the order, the internet speed still hasn't been upgraded.<br> <br> I have gone to the Telkom store on three occasions and called the call centre numerous times, but with no success.<br> <br> Please will Telkom assist us to have this order processed and activated.<br> <br> Reference Number: ***A<br> Previous HelloPeter Reference Number: SM157097<br>
