One loyal yet unhappy customer

I bought mo'nice data for R18.80 1.5g on Saturday, till today I didn't receive it. Been calling customer care all weekend but nothing, only today I get through and the lady tells me I didn't buy it. The nowadays deducted and I got an sms saying it's been loaded. I'm very unhappy with this on top of having no network for 3 weekends in a row!!! To think that I've been a loyal customer and recruited so many people to port to Telkom only to receive such bad service
