One for the books

I am old enough to remember when suppliers were on the ball and treated a person like they were gold and it is not like that anymore with a lot of government institutions failing badly when it comes to working with the public but today i phoned Telkom and the phone was answered in like straight after the hoops that one has to jump before getting to the right place and there was Tashrieka Loggenberg - on the ball , helpful , happy (laughing) and professional oh and sympathetic to my plight - i have put off the phone call because of the sometimes very long wait before being helped and then either being lucky and getting someone who sounds helpful or as on numerous occasions had the call dropped on me after a 15-20 minute wait by someone who did'nt want to help , but Tashrieka was great - if she could be cloned and put in all your call center's then do it - your service complaints will drop dramatically
