Once you're hooked, you're hooked☹️

Telkom is a *****. They are very eager to assist you when you want to take out a contract, but when you need help to cancel the services after the contract expired, nobody from Telkom knows how to assist you or to whom they can refer you. Not even the consultants at the Mossel Bay Telkom, where I took out the contract, want to help me. I regret taking out the cpntract with Telkom and strongly don't recommend them to anyone.
