Once Telkom let's me down

<p>I must say the Hatfield Plaza Telkom outlet is by far the worst Branch ever, I don't even think there's a supervisor or manager there. I walked in there a week and a half ago to upgrade my device and to date I still await their phone call, good or bad, feedback is needed. 2 weeks back I visited the outlet to complain about my billing issues that I complained about a year ago, they put me on a phone and their batter died whilst I was explaining to the consultant, all they did was to tell me to go and the consultant would give me a call, I'm still waiting for the call by the way. And despite all this poor service over the years I still want to do business with you guys, maybe I need to get myself checked.</p>
