Once again Telkom throttles me down to 2Mbps

Erroneous throttling on my home account, Telkom Mobile. (4G/LTE)

Every month Telkom will throttle me from 40+Mbps all the way down to 2Mbps. I can run a house on these speeds.

I do not use torrents, I do not download excessively or large files and i do not use P2P services. We watch Netflix and Youtube.

I have posted a thread on mybroadband asking the Telom rep for assistance and I have logged calls for this issue but they never get dealt with and the rep has not responded.
