Once again Telkom provides the worst service ever

I went to do an upgrade for one of our contracts on 31 March 2021. I have been given the following details: CASE: ***0 RENEWAL: ***A Since then I have been given the run around by Telkom. The phone we want is apparently in Mossel Bay and someone needs to do something at head office or whatever in connection with the phone and it just doesn't get done since Wednesday last week, meaning this upgrade is now in process for one week already and not done yet.
