Once again Telkom make promises that they then go back on!

<p>This is the second time I have been sent into a outrage by Telkom due to thier turn around times.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a Telkom fixed line and that line needs to be converted to an ADSL line and at first I was told it can take anywhere up to 48 hours but can be within the hour. That is fantastic I am willing to wait. Then two days later with still no ADSL line I contact them and I am told it can take up to 7 days which is still not entirely unreasonable but I am already angry that I have had my wait time extended once. To further rais my fury they then extended it again while I was trying to get hold of them to tell them that I am upset.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now been told it is between 7 to 21 days. This is a pathetic outrage!</p>
