Once again telkom ignores and messes up clients accounts and negatively impacts their legal credit profile

Telkom Staff once again ignore and make mistakes with clients. I have missed 1 debit order deadline and immediately emailed a branch manager and consultant I have dealt with on all my contracts at fourways mall. They blatantly ignore emails and queries. I sent through a proof of payment which even puts me in credit for my cellphone contracts and simply asked them to allocate payment literally 3 days after the debit order was due. They ignored me and blacklisted my nameol on bureau
