ONCE AGAIN, Telkom Garden Route Mall failed to deliver!!!!!!

<p>Once again the Telkom store in the Garden Route Mall failed to deliver on their promises!</p> <p>I went in to the store on the 7th of July to order a deal that were advertise on the Huawei P10 + Huawei fit watch for R479.00 p/m.</p> <p>The sales agent in store took my details and approved my deal and as per her she order the product for me! I signed the order and she promised me she’ll call me before the end of the next week to collect my order. By the 14th of July I have still not heard anything from any TELKOM agent and went there again. This time I spoke to the manager of the store and he then promised me that they will contact me by the next Tuesday the 18th of July but once again he failed to keep his promised because I have still not received a call from any TELKOM agent in the Garden Route Mall store.</p> <p>I went back to the store AGAIN yesterday the 27th of July and they ONCE AGAIN told me they will contact me with a date of delivery. It is the 28th of July and I have still not heard anything!</p> <p>I am so disgusted with the service of the people in the TELKOM GARDEN ROUTE MALL STORE I can really cry! <br />Why not just contact your customers after I did so much as to driving 15km each time I went back to the store. <br />I really wish no one this kind of service and I hope someone will help me now! <br />I also refuse to cancel my order because I signed for a product and service that is on a promotion and I really hope it can be solved.</p> <p>I have send this review to the TELKOM head offices and the local newspaper as well as FACEBOOK so everyone can know what the clientele service is like at this STORE! </p> <p> </p>
