Once again, Telkom cannot deliver on anything! Nothing new...

Once again, Telkom does not deliver! Nothing new but I can strongly advise that you do not use this service provider! I am waiting for a technician to come to my home and confirm that LTE does not work as per contract; for two weeks - they promised I would be called to make an appointment two weeks ago?!

It seems they are dragging their feet. What is disgusting is that I (as an individual) have to pay for it until it is cancelled - it is "****************" and they have already mentioned penalties on top of that. Where is good old integrity? How can a company take advantage of us individual like this and get away with it? I have been so patient with them through the several months of 1-2mbps speeds and unresolved issues - I've had enough!!!

What's worse: on this day I cannot access their website either...
