<p>Who takes the knock when telkom staff give you wrong advise or do not bring to you attention that there is something wrong with your account. Who takes the knock when telkom employees pass you on to the call ceter and do not take responsibility for their actions. What do consumers do when the manager of the telkom store does not know what is going on????????????</p> <p>Well I have seen the incompetence of telkom staff. </p> <p>And now because of them my cell phone service has been suspended for the last month and I have been listed on the credit bureau. The call center manager does not return your calls. The service is hopeless.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will now have to ask the Telecommunications ombudsman to assist</p>
