Once again Telekom doesn't deliver

Once again Telekom doesn't deliver, with pathetic service. We have had outages during the whole of December 2015 with our ADSL, one again an outage in February 2016 and phone line outage for the whole month of March 2016. <br> <br> We reported the outage on 1March, they were at our home once, said the will fix the issue and return, never happened. It is now the 28th of March, and still no phone line. <br> <br> This is completely unacceptable and PATHETIC! TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA IN MY OPINION!!! We have had two whole month outages in the last 4 months, this is pathetic! We should be refunded as TELKOM has not provided any service!
