ONCE AGAIN SERVICE NUMBERS ARE INCORRECTLY LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT AND PROFILE without my KNOWLEDGE or APPROVAL!!!!!

Telkom keep ADDING PRODUCTS & SERVICE NUMBERS to my account.

Every month I have to CHECK my account and then on a monthly basis PRODUCTS are being added to my account that does not belong to me.

Trying to get hold of ANYBODY at Telkom is like TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE and absolutely NOBODY takes responsibility for the INCORRECT SERVICE NUMBERS being linked to my account!!!

When you leave a message for them to CALL YOU BACK, they just don't do it. To try and contact them via EMAIL is IMPOSSIBLE.

Once again TWO SERVICE NUMBERS were linked to my account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and to try and cancel this ONLINE is NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL.

I need this **** sorted out ONCE AND FOR ALL as this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and DEFINITELY NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY to keep telling them to do their JOB CORRECTLY!!!!
