once again no service

<p>I run a practice from home and is now been without internet & phone for3 days. The call center has no clue & frankly don't care that I'm losing money &business on a daily basis. Been in this area for 6 years with countless problems with internet and because their system show private & not business we are treated with even less regard even though we are premium customers. I totally rely on internet and phone to earn my living!!! Can someone with brains please assist me and get my service working again as the people at call center can do nothing and don't have a clue.
