Once again I find myself complaing about TELKOM'S disgusting service!

<p>So a while back I complained about Telkom and yes they rep**** but my issue is still not resolved, thank you for wasting my time!</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a phone call eventually from someone that told me there was no way they were able to contact the other person who they accidently put my details on her account to let her know that she needed to change it back to her own details coz customer service is not able to change it, so the bank details has been updated according to what I was able to fish out from one of the agents but yet my address and phone number is still being used.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also I had to reverse all the debits that they charged me since I was probably never going to get my money back, but I would now like my money back that I paid in bank fees which she promised that she would escalate to the billing team!</p> <p> </p> <p>She then went on to promising me a 2GB recurring data bundle for 12months as a form of compensation and all that I got was a recurring bundle of 250mb! are you joking lol! What am I supposed to do with that?</p> <p> </p> <p>I called as soon as I saw the bundle of 250mb being added and the girl that I spoke to that day told me that she would have the orginal person I spoke to call me back and yet I am still waiting on her to call me.</p> <p> </p> <p>So not only were they using my details and still using it without my permission, they also lie about the compensation they give you! I am sick and tired of this, I was about to upgrade my contract to a higher package because I spend so much money on extra data and when she offered me the 2GB as compensation I figured now I dont have to be spending so much extra money on buying extra once off bundles.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your customer service is really of the worst that I've ever come accross!</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager of the N1 city store gave me one phone call and told me I could email him if I needed help again and low and behold he doesn't reply to the emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>Like what the **** man really!!!!!!!!</p>
