Once again disappointed

Isn't it funny how Telkom is so quick so sell their, Products and very useless and inefficient when it comes to solving, amending or fixing problems that they caused or misinformed clients about? This is one of the major reasons I would highly unlikely recommend them to anyone looking for a cellphone contract or choice of network. Between the *********** and confused consultants and the time it takes to actually speak to one, I think it's best to rather be stress free and move to another network altogether. It is a miracle if one actually finds someone to talk to who will resolve the problem and if not, offer a solution that actually works. Is there someone out there who fits this description and is willing to assist??
