***** on my Telkom Mobile Account

firstly, why is it so hard to get someone to assist you at Telkom. why do I need to beg for assistance? I asked for a contract renewal, and they gave me a new number. now I got another new number and there is extra charges to it all now I have 6 numbers under my name instead of 5 what is Telkom Mobile doing about all this Nothing , because there is just no consultant that can assist me with anything I need to call , waste my airtime and time just to be told , sorry I do not understand what is going on I keep emailing Joshua and Koketso , but I need to beg on that email for them to call me back because that department did ***** on my account now I need assistance on my statement once again I am begging for someone to sort it out but guess there are just no qualified consultants that can assist me take off all the numbers on my statement that do not belong to me and I want to know why am i paying for an extra number why do I have an extra number on my name who has *****ed my account I want to sue Telkom
