***** on my bank account

I have a contract with Telkom for a fixed amount for Wifi They added my bank account details on their system and I am being debited for 3 other people's cellphone contract. I went to the branch 3 times, nothing is being done. I went to the bank to stop this. It still going off my account It is ***** and they just dont care
