On Hold for min 20min at a time

Every single time I call Telkom Sales for LTE I am on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Why can't a company like Telkom just employ more people?

>20 minutes of the 120 minutes cellphone minutes every time. So 3 calls and half your voice airtime gone!!!
