On Hold for 30min and then call gets cut

For 30min I listened to the hold messages and music and as a sales representative answered, the call was dropped?!?!?!

How does one express the irritation?

Yesterday I was on hold for 45min. The day before, 20 min.

Telkom simply does not care and its not worth dealing with this company when there are so many with the same products & services that manage their call centres properly.

Bye Telkom. I hope you lose all your sales to the businesses that care!
