on and off service

<p>Dear Sir/Madame,</p> <p>Tel No ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>For the last +/- 4 months our line has nort worked completely. If it rains there is no line, if it is cold there is no line and when the sun is shinning and we have a line it is cut regulsrly during a call. This matter was repoted to Telcom and eventually a techinician was sent . We explained the situation to him and he said it was the hands free set that caused the problem. We did tests with a normal phone and the problem persists.</p> <p>There is something fundementaly wrong and it needs to be investigated and the problem fixed. We are paying for a service which is maybe available 3 hours a day if we are lucky.</p> <p> </p> <p>Could Telkom please get bck to us as to what they intennd doing.</p> <p>My cell no is ********** 250 and email is ********** <p> </p> <p>Stuart Carstens</p> <p> </p>
