On 17th of March we requested that our adsl line need to be moved to new address. They requested that we need to send a mail and we did just that. They rep**** with a reference number. Nothing happened after that. In April we queried when they are going to respond or have further response. They advised me that they do not have any proove that we requested the line to be moved. Yet again we had to send an email and yet, nothing has happened. This is absolutely the worst service and we still pay out bill every month. Boycott telkom for their terrible service.
