OMW Telkom is the WORST

Went into Telkom Woodlands to find out if they can move my line and if it will be possible to install it in the new area I am moving to. The guy working there told me that they do cover that area and that it would be no problem. A week later I get an sms from them informing me that they will not be able to install the line due to the fact that there is no infrastructure (there is a school across from me with telephone lines). I then tried to phone the call center to cancel my line and contract, kept holding, after a while get disconnected, phone again just to hold and listen to the same tune over and over again. Tried the online chat option, it doesn't work, tried the call center again a few times and still no answer. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!
