OMG Telkom Fibre to Know where TERRIBLE

Telkom had big promotion in Randpark Ridge, i signed up, told to wait 10 working days, its been almost a month and nothing. Used there chat service to find out whats happening and told they cant help me, i must phone ***. I phone them and get told they cant help i must speak to another person in another department who they put me through to, after another 20min wait this person says i must speak to the people that transferred me, who in turn after another 20 min wait said i must speak to fibre who then said phone 1023, i mean ***!!!!!. I haven't even had the line installed and already i am getting the typical **** service from Telkom. I should have known.
