OMBUDSMAN DETAILS REQUIRED PLEASE

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I need to have my complaint esculated to the ombudsman. I originally complained on this website. Received an email. Discover my adsl and someone else was being hacked into. I have been trying more than a week to get my adsl working as I require it for work purposes from home. Correspondence everyday back and forth with a different person from Telkom but getting no where. Even told them the issid MAYOSS AND CELL OF HACKER. no response. Is this fair for a regular payer and a customer for many years.</p>
