I lodged a claim with claim number *** beginning of may. I have been receiving correspondence from different agent, asking me about the phone, simcard, and box etc. I could'nt locate the box when they were asking me. Just this afternoon as I was looking for one book as I am writing exams, I found the box. I have emailed it through. I am very disatisfied with the pathetic service from telkom device insurance, it has been a month, and their communication is so lousy. I further this afternoon received sms saying claim under review with insurance, around the same time an email received with subject claim declined for review. The time my phone got missing I lost my sister thereafter my aunt died, in the midst of all that I am writing my examination, I have no time to keep running behind the isnurance hence I have not been constantly sending follow up emails nor calling.
