Old new Phones ...Telkom

Telkom ,Helkom One Star is to much for them... i dont know I've been struggle with company for almost 5 weeks just on a cell phone claim did evergthing im suppose to my excess fee was R2250 on a Huawei P20 Pro i got a new device the exact same device i told them i dont have a problem with that particular phone cause i had mine for almost 7 years . They replaced me with exact same phone just to discover that the phone the gave me has a software problems and the charger they gave with the phone has an American adapter and not South African adaptor ,i sent the phone back a week later the phone is sent back and still the same problem with the American adaptor and software issue . They are by far the worst besides that I've been to there branch at Vangate mall to do a sim swap cause i need my phone number that was lost they always seem to be offline when i get there . They are by far the worst company (repeat)I've ever dealt with . The divices are old new if you get what im saying ...a phone that has been on a shelf in the box for years and they replace you with that old device, I've been phoning so many times and nothing i told them that i dont trust any of there Huawei devices that they wanna replace me with cause there devices are old like i said if you get what im saying. If your device is insured with them make sure youbget it somewhere else cause I've paid over R15000 as longbas I've been withnthem and this is what i get ....poor poor if i should give a rating it would most definitely be minus a million, my hard earned money being taken for a ride like this.
