old debt

Telkom!!!

So I went to go ad buy a Wifi router at telkom cash, and the agent told me I owe telkom 1400 which I do not even have knowledge of, as this is not listed on my credit bureau. I am guessing this is a really old debt which I knew nothing about. Why are you keeping this old debt ?? What you are doing is *******!!!
