Old and outdated horrible systems

Can you believe that Telkom can not debit a new bank account even if it's the same ABSA bank that they are using, now you are forced to do a manual payment in 2023. One finds himself owing them due to them lacking to debit an account that has funds, just because the bank account is less than 3 months old.
