Okay 4 months I've been struggling with telkom they are telling me that I'm in arrears but I'm not... I don't get no help from them no matter how hard I try it's costs me petrol in and out to Telkom... phone call to telkom that even given me over to Nu debt for what reason I don't have a cooking clue but when I go through to telkom everytym they say don't worry they even tried taking money out of my account on a debit order which was not even given permission to do so what can I do because what I'm doing so far I'm not getting any help I'm back to square one I can't anymore please if someone could just help me I would appreciate or even advise pls appreciate have a blessed one
