oh Telkom where are you?

So, this is the 6th time I am posting here in the hope that someone at Telkom will respond and assist with helping me cancel my LTE router. It would seem as if Telkom makes their money by making it impossible for a person to cancel.

Even posting on this site is becoming a waste of time, because THEY DONE CARE. Not even sure why I am bothering.
