Oh so poor service

<p>I reported to the Call Centre last week Saturday that a car had crashed into a Blue coloured Telekom box in Goldman Street, Florida, Roodepoort.</p> <p>I received a ref number. Then I posted on Hello Peter and received another ref number. I have received numerous sms''s saying that Telkom is investigating but have yet to see someone stop at the accident site and investigate. Everything is laying as it did last Saturday.</p> <p>No service only a bunch of promises.</p> <p>The whole area is out and Telekom knows this.</p> <p>What more must be done?</p>
