Offline with Telkom

I have an adsl line, and have recently been experiencing either extremely slow speeds, or no connection. After a reboot to the router it usually gets sorted out. A Telkom techie mentioned to me that it might be my routers inability to handle the higher speeds. <br> Yesterday I logged a call for \no connection". Trying to call the service desk is a useless exercise as Telkom experiences high call volumes from open to close every day! I finally managed to get a hold on to someone today after holding on for about 15 minutes only to be told that nothing appears wrong with my connection. Yes lady"
