Offline for 3 days

I reported that I was offline after 24 hours.the call centre agent was polite and patient but nothing has happened except annoying texts asking to rate their service. How can I rate a service that has not been supp**** yet ?! No human being has contacted me to give me any idea when any action will take place !<br> I cannot believe their t.v. ads how great their promises are when in reality they have a shocking backup!
