Offline!!!!!!!!

Currently at the store in centurion just to collect a phone.. Just upgraded my contract. I recieved a call to be at the store at 1pm Nd just when I arrived the systems went down... Been sitting here for like an hour after speaking to a Manger who stated it would only take max 30 mins it it will be up, the lies... I drove all the way to centurion to sit here... Not happy about this... Time wasted... If it's not their call center stuff being ***********... I get to deal with the lies from the manager...
