11/01/16 - my line dropped and a fault was reported: 121BNK110116

15/01/16 - the fault was closed by a technician - the fault was NOT resolved

18/01/16 - I noticed that the fault was closed and had to re-open another ticket: 40BNK180116

Since then I have been in contact with the technician who closed the ticket. Apparently, according to him, he cannot assist as the MSAN, as none of their access cards are working. He said that he has been waiting for his supervisor to get back so that the access cards can be sorted out - as he is waiting on feedback from Head Office. I call him daily with absolutely NO progress on this.

Is this access card thing true? If so, why would there be such a huge delay in getting this resolved? Apparently there are a ton of people in the area awaiting for their faults to be repaired but nothing is being done about it because Head Office are sitting with their thumbs up their **** in getting this issue resolved. Is this how you treat your customers? Zero cares given - yet you expect us to pay our bill at the end of the month.

I have a 40mbps line, which so far has been absolutely useless to me for the past two weeks and counting. This is a joke...
