OFFICIAL COMPLAINT

I was a victim of a ********** cellphone purchase at Telkom. I have called them numerous time, been given more case numbers than I care to remember and even more "case resolved" sms's. Needless to say nothing is/was resolved. Today I went to apply for a home loan only for the application to be rejected because I supposedly owe Telkom in excess of R15 000. I have spoken to the ***** department, visited the Canal Walk shop numerous times, reversed a deduction of R3000+. The customer service agents are not helpful when you call and my calls are not taken seriously.
