Office hours inaccurate

I am experiencing troubles with Telkom and I have failed to come right telephonically or via email. I checked to see store hours and the hours say 8am till 4pm today, Sunday 8 October 2017. I drove over there only to find the store closed. Why then would the online hours state until 4pm. Why waste my time
