Offered me a deal, but do not keep to it

<p>I took a contract from Home Cloud which includes data and a router, I was advised by a sales rep that due to limited signal in my area they were willing to include an external antenna at no extra cost (I have this confirmed via email). They delivered the device and sim card without an antenna and are now refusing to include it in his deal. In the email I asked about the antenna and sim connection fee and ended of by asking if I had to pay anything, the response was “absolutely not, everything is absolutely free.” This is clear proof to me that everything in the email is included not just sim connection fee. As a customer I was offered a good deal and I accepted, It’s clearly a mistake from their side. I feel I should get what I was offered and to me “Everything means everything that was spoken between the sales rep and I”</p>
