Offered me 10mb ADSL but I only get 5-6mb
I have upgraded from a 4mb to 10mb ADSL last Nov. The issue is that I keep logging calls for the speed as I only get 5-6mb. The technical people say that I am too far away from the exchange to get more speed. Then why offer something that you cannot deliver. I have requested a refund for this but nothing has happened.
