Obnoxious and arrogant call center staff

Your staff is not only rude but obnoxious and arrogant!!!! I have closed my account with Telkom due to the pathetic service i have received last year, however after i have specifically asked for my contact details to be removed from your data base - your call centre staff still calls me every single day with some bogus deal. Today i got a call from a young guy and when i asked him to remove my details as i have requested more than once - he arrogantly responded saying "did you ask me, did you ask me". What kind of service is this? as per the customer protection act - when one asks to be removed from your data base - you do so, and if you do not comply with the client request they have full rights to lay a harassments case against the company with the Ombudsman. If i get one more call from your useless company with your obnoxious, rude and arrogant staff i will lay a complaint of harassment. STOP CALLING ME AND REMOVE ME FROM YOUR DATABASE, i am done with your *********** staff and service!!!!!!!!
