Obligations and carryover within 8 months??

I'm very interested in why I have an amount of obligation and carryover on my statement whilst my contract is not even 10 months old and no one is answering me what it's for. What am I carrying over??

I have even requested a settlement amount to avoid such ****s months ago to no response from telkom. I will rather block these debit orders and you can take your data/phone. I'm exhausted
